Aber selbst die sind durftig. Von dem (aktuell) einzigen Video zum Einbau ganz zu schweigen. Naturlich: hat man den Einbau einmal selbst begriffen, ist es selbsterklarend. Allerdings muss man erst mal so weit kommen. Der Pickup wird sehr gut verpackt geliefert. Der Piezo selbst ist nochmal in einer kleinen Plastikdose verpackt. Liegt alles auf dem Tisch, stellt man sich als erstes unweigerlich die Frage, wie das Teil verdammt noch mal im Body befestigt werden soll. Wobei es sich bei den Enden um Steckverbindungen mit eingelassenen Magneten handelt. Dieses Teil ist in der Mitte mit einem kleinen Bolzen versehen, der in einem Loch steckt. Dieses Teil (das rund ausgeschnittene Dreieck) muss entfernt werden. Und hier kommt die Krux: auf diesem Teil ist Klebeband angebracht (schwarz, mit schwarzer Schutzfolie). Nachdem man sich die passende Stelle fur den Einbau ausgesucht hat, lost man mit einem Plektron (oder Rakel oder ahnlichem) vorsichtig dieses Teil, zieht die Schutzfolie ab, klebt es durch das Schalloch von unten an den Body und kann dann das komplette Teil einfach anklipsen - fertig. Allerdings kommt dieser Schritt zum Schluss.;-) Vorher muss der Piezo-Tonabnehmer noch im Steg eingelassen werden (was, falls Loch noch nicht vorhanden, relativ einfach vonstatten geht) und eine passende Stelle fur den Battieriebeutel gesucht werden, der ebenfalls im Body angebracht wird.Da ich hier aber nur den Klang bewerte, bleibt es bei fur Sternen. Der kleine Beutel fur den 9V-Block ist mit einem Klettstreifen versehen. Das Gegenstuck, ebenfalls ein Klettstreifen, wird lt. Interneteinbauanleitung in Halsnahe angeklebt. Einmal dran, kann man die Saiten stimmen und hatte theoretisch erst mal Ruhe. Allerdings ist diese Losung sehr klapprig und nicht das Gelbe vom Ei. Zum Batteriewechsel mussten die Saiten weit runtergestimmt oder ganz entfernt werden. Ist mir zu mu?ig. Da ich bereits einen Piezo verbaut hatte, habe ich das vorhandene Batteriefach genutzt und umgelotet.

Diese sind zum umbiegen da - darin werden die Kabel befestigt. Das mit Abstand wichtigste Kriterium: der Klang. Und dieser ist bahnbrechend. Der erste Anschlag mit neutraler Verstarlereinstellung lasst einen schon hellhorig werden. Wahrsinn!
